What is your Shipping Policy?
We aim to send out all orders within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail. If the order is made during weekend or bank holiday, then the items will be dispatched the next working day. Orders are usually delivered within 3- 5 working days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat fee of £1.99 or free on all orders over £24. We currently offer free delivery on any order for new customers. who place an order for the first time.
Can I return my order if I am not happy with it?
We are very sorry your order was not up to standard we really do our best to make every customer satisfied with the product and we are very disappointed we did not do so. Please contact us by emailing hello@beelikeabee.co.uk to tell us and to arrange the cancellation of your order.
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request to cancel your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you received a faulty or damaged item we will issue a full refund after inspection.
If you want to return the product for any other reasons you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, for overseas orders please contact us directly for postage prices before placing an order. Overseas order will have to be done through email and we would send you an invoice to cover through PayPal. Once the funds for the order are received in our PayPal account, we would then continue with dispatching the items.
What if my parcels is delivered to an incorrect address?
All items will be shipped to the shipping address you provided in the payment form whilst placing your order. It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, and if you do not and it gets posted to the wrong address, then we will not be liable for making the refund.
What if my order is damaged while in transit?
If your order arrives damaged while in transit, we will gladly fully refund you or send you again the same order at no extra costs. However, in case of damage to the order while in transit, please contact us on hell@beelikeabee.co.uk We will ask you to send us some pictures of the damage as a proof.
Is my payment secure?
Please rest assured that all credit/debit card transactions made online on the Bee Like a Bee website are completely secure. We use a third party verifier and encryption technology ensuring absolute security of all credit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding our security processes please do not hesitate to contact us. Our merchant is Paypal and Stripe.

What is the ‘wellness praline’?
The wellness praline is an artisan dark chocolate shell filled with a mix of 5 high quality bee products (propolis, honey, royal jelly, bee pollen, apilarnil) which are traditionally used to support the immune system, strengthen the body and work as a natural energy booster. You can read more about our bee products and what makes our pralines a nourishing healthy food here. It’s hand made with gluten & dairy free ingredients.
Is the wellness praline gluten free and dairy free?
Yes the praline is made of gluten free ingredients and dairy free ingredients however we are not certified. That means people with high food intolerances such as coeliac disease are NOT advised to consume our pralines.
